Installation costs are also reduced through its foundation-free, flat-ground deployment design , eliminating the need for complex civil engineering. This allows faster project commissioning and lower upfront CAPEX.
Operational costs are minimized through AI Smart Temperature Control , which maintains cell temperature differences within ≤3°C , improving battery lifespan and efficiency. Additionally, the system features automatic coolant refill technology , reducing manual maintenance frequency and lowering O&M expenses.
Maintenance efficiency is another key advantage. STAR H-PLUS enables 5-minute simplified maintenance , with front-access electrical compartments and standardized quick connectors that allow one-step component replacement. This significantly reduces downtime and service costs.
Energy efficiency is equally strong. With RTE > 88% , the system ensures more usable energy output per cycle, directly increasing revenue in applications such as peak shaving, frequency regulation, and renewable integration.
The system also supports high-speed grid response , with a single-unit response time of less than 200ms and system response under 250ms, making it suitable for fast ancillary service markets like aFRR, mFRR, and FCR.
With 10-year maintenance-free combustible gas detection and globally certified safety systems, STAR H-PLUS reduces both operational risk and insurance-related costs.
