Artificial intelligence is transforming energy storage operations, and CNTE’s STAR H-PLUS Outdoor Liquid-Cooled ESS integrates advanced AI Smart Control to maximize performance, efficiency, and reliability.
The AI system continuously monitors battery conditions, environmental factors, and load demand to optimize system behavior in real time. One key feature is AI adaptive temperature control , which ensures that cell temperature differences remain within ≤3°C , significantly improving battery lifespan and performance stability.
STAR H-PLUS is designed for extreme environmental adaptability, capable of operating in harsh temperature conditions while maintaining optimal internal system balance. This ensures reliable performance across diverse global climates.
Operational efficiency is enhanced through intelligent automation. The system supports 40-second one-touch start/stop , reducing operational complexity and enabling rapid response in dynamic grid environments.
Maintenance is also simplified through AI-assisted diagnostics, allowing operators to complete system setup and configuration in just 5 minutes using app-based control and master-slave integration .
AI control also improves energy dispatch efficiency, supporting participation in grid services such as frequency regulation (FCR, aFRR, mFRR) with response times under 250ms system-wide .
Combined with liquid cooling technology , AI ensures optimal thermal management and reduces energy losses, contributing to an RTE above 88% .
The integration of AI does not only improve performance but also reduces O&M costs by minimizing manual intervention, optimizing coolant refill cycles, and predicting maintenance needs in advance.
