C&I ESS in Sonningor Farm, Sweden

Project Scale
1MW/1MWh
Project Highlight
In the rapeseed blossom sea of Sönningö, Sweden, located at 58 degrees north latitude, CNTE’s 1MW/1MWh energy storage system is invigorating ecological agriculture through a ‘wind power plus agriculture’ model. Responsive to grid frequency fluctuations, this system helps stabilize the electrical grid, decreases dependency on conventional frequency modulation resources, and offers sustained power support to agriculture, generating revenue from energy storage services. The wind energy storage system infuses the agricultural ecosystem with clean, stable, and efficient electricity. CNTE’s commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage systems have been extensively applied across Europe, Africa, and West Asia, driving green transformation and industrial advancement
