CNTE has tailored an industrial and commercial energy storage solution for Shenzhen Dynanonic Factory in Foshan, Guangdong. The system utilises CATL Li-FePO4 271Ah cells with an energy density of 163Wh/kg, configured across 14 cabinets to form a single battery compartment, with two compartments in total, achieving a nominal capacity of 5.4MWh. It boasts an AC system efficiency of 90% and a cycle life of 4.8MWh, addressing the challenge of peak demand variability in Guangdong’s electricity consumption. Designed for a lifespan exceeding 15 years, the system ensures a residual capacity of 71.2% after a decade of operation. The enclosure is fitted with an automatic fire suppression system, meeting national safety standards and equipped with multiple automatic alert mechanisms. The system is compartmentalised into four circuits, each capped at 500KW, linked to the on-site transformer for reactive power compensation, thereby enhancing power supply efficiency. It elevates the plant’s power factor from 0.9 to 0.95, thereby improving grid operational economics and energy conservation.
