Project Highlight

The project, located at the second and third factories of Changan Ford Automobile Co., Ltd. in Chongqing, is equipped with a comprehensive solution provided by CNTE. This includes a liquid-cooled energy storage battery module, a converter and transformer integrated unit, and an Energy Management System (EMS). The Changan Ford project features three 3.45MW/6.708MWh energy storage systems, interconnected to the client’s 10kV distribution system. Each 20-foot battery module has a capacity of 3,354kWh, achieving a capacity density of 222kWh/㎡.
This initiative is designed to significantly reduce electricity costs for Changan Ford while enhancing the stability and reliability of the power supply system. It mitigates peak-to-valley load differences in the local distribution network, offering a secure and efficient electrical support framework for the Changan Ford plant.
